Film description

Based loosely on the classic novel by Louisa May Alcott, Little Women unfolds as the author’s alter ego, Jo March, reflects upon her fictional life. In writer-director Greta Gerwig’s take, the beloved story of the March sisters – four young women each determined to live life on her own terms – is both timeless and timely. With Saoirse Ronan, Emma Watson, Florence Pugh and Eliza Scanlen as the four sisters and Timothée Chalamet, Laura Dern and Meryl Streep in supporting roles, the film boasts an outstanding cast, for a story told beautifully.
